EMCOR Group, a publicly traded construction and energy infrastructure company based in Connecticut, announced Friday that it has acquired Raleigh-based Southern Industrial Constructors.Terms of the deal we're not disclosed.Southern has 900 employees and had estimated revenues of $90 million last year, according to a release announcing the deal.
